Yoohoo is a real-estate web & Mobile Application designed to revolutionize traditional real-estate platforms by offering advanced features and functionalities to users. The app has been developed for four different roles – Admin, Seller, Agency, and Buyer. The target platforms for Yoohoo are Web, IOS and Android. The app has been developed keeping in mind the client’s requirement of having a typical real-estate application with some extra features that set it apart from other real-estate platforms. One of the most important features of the app is the AI-Estimation system, which takes inputs from the users and provides them with accurate property prices across a specific area. This feature has been developed using an algorithm and Dart language default libraries. Another unique feature of the app is the 360-degree view of properties, which allows users to have a comprehensive look at the properties they are interested in. This feature has been developed using Dart language default libraries and Flutter animations. Additionally, the app also has a tinder-like animation for liking and disliking properties, which makes the property search process more engaging for users. The app has been developed using Laravel as its backend and for its front end for web use Html, Css, Js, Ajax and form mobile App we use Flutter . It also integrates RestApi and Google Maps to offer an even more comprehensive experience to users. The development process of the app has been divided into five phases – Planning & Analyzing the App, Designing the App, Development, Testing, and Deployment. The planning phase has been estimated to take one month, while the design phase has been provided by the client. The development phase is expected to take 7 weeks, followed by 13 days of testing, and finally, the deployment phase, which is estimated to take one week. Objectives for Admin:
