Beerwork Overview: Beerwork.com was developed to become the premier employment marketplace for beer industry jobs. We focused on technology and design to provide an elegant job search experience for job seekers and affordable job listings for employers. Beerwork mobile app is for job seekers who are looking to work in the beer craft industry. This app features new job listings by different employers, details of these jobs and links to apply. Project Justifications: Beerwork website deals with both employer and employee. You have to sign-up as employers/companies/individuals if you want to post a job on the website and provide necessary job info so job seekers can learn more about your job listings and can apply accordingly. Beerwork mobile app is for job seekers only for now. Job seekers have to sign-up to access the app. The mobile app features all jobs that are currently life. Users can filter these jobs by different parameters and can apply if they find what they are looking for. Objectives: In the words of CEO/Founder David Mora, the objective of Beerwork is “Our industry needs a more efficient way to find great talent”. The main objective of the project is to provide a common platform to Beer company owners and people who have the talent to craft beer to perfection so that they easily find and connect with each other. As the hiring process is quite tiring and time taking, our objective is to convert this process quickly and with ease.
